Two years leading the middle syndicate, consisting of 3 classrooms.
Job involves: attending senior management meetings, conveying information back to team, conducting observations with my team, running syndicate meetings, providing professional and personal support to my team, planning syndicate outings, events, being main point of contact for middle syndicate, formulating board reports on our syndicate's progress, analysing data, establishing targetted children and organising suitable support through SENCO, liaising with outside agencies for programmes, students, providing general leadership.
